We are looking for a professional individual for our Credit Services Assistant position. The successful candidate will provide support to the credit managers and representatives of the US Credit & Collections team. They must be able to work in a team environment and independently as required. Must be detail oriented, great communicator, quick problem solver and offer flexible solutions to the benefit of both the customer and the company.
Responsibilities
Handle all invoice adjustments
Conduct property research for residential projects to prepare pre-lien notices for Washington & Oregon and sends certified mail to all parties.
Enter project data for large commercial projects with our lien service for pre-lien notices &/or bond claims.
Track last delivery dates and update in the tracking system as well as close projects once completed.
Work with sales department to gather missing or incomplete project information
Track expiring tax permits monthly and notify customers
Set up all new COD accounts
Prepares lien waivers for customers
Update credit files as requested for the Credit Manager to review

Experience and Qualifications
College certificate or diploma – Business related (Finance, Accounting, Administration) desired
Microsoft Office proficient
Familiarity with construction lien laws preferred
