The primary responsibility of the Customer Account Manager is to ensure the timely and accurate billing, collection, dispute management, cash application and customer/partner interactions. The Customer Account Manager will be responsible for certain Division level master data for contracts and will closely interact with other Divisional departments and Regional Companies related to control and cash applications. This position will provide leadership and direction to maximize receivables turnover, minimize risk of loss, and provide support to the Regional Companies in order to help effectively maximize sales growth and profitability. This will require a seasoned professional who is well grounded in the legal aspects of commercial transactions and a thorough understanding of financing. The position will require the ability to lead a collaborative work effort and balance financial goals with support for the sales and operational organizations. This position is responsible for driving continuous improvement through all aspects of their spans of control.
