Handles major accounts requiring individual attention, marginal accounts, problem accounts, special credit arrangements, and deviations from standards.
Communicate with customers regarding overdue payments and progress payments.
Analyze and process lien releases.
Follow closely the course of aging accounts and determine action to be taken.
Follow up on disputes and work with salespeople and customers to resolve them.
Construction industry experience is required.
Knowledge of Northwest lien laws.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field.
5+ years credit collection experience.
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Excel. Familiarity with ERP software.
Ability to handle stress, manage time and people and analyze numbers.
