RELATIONSHIP MANAGER (Georgia, Texas and South Florida)

The Position

Company is looking for a motivated, organized individual with experience in the equipment finance field that can perform assigned duties with independence.   Candidate must execute sales techniques to establish business relationships with vendors and customers. Candidate must effectively communicate with customers and vendors, provide realistic expectations, explain the origination processes and required documentation to shorten and effectively manage the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Represent employer in the upmost professional and ethical manner.
• Identify and develop prospective customers and/or vendors.
• Visit designated vendors and customers in order to expand business relationships.
• Make presentations of company’s products and services.
• Explain credit requirements and processes to set realistic expectations.
• Interview and acquire a solid evaluation of customer’s company and request needed documentation to determine if the prospect is a potential client.
• Communicate credit decisions to customers and vendors immediately upon notice from the credit department and explain terms and conditions.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with customers.
• Coordinate closings, signatures & collateral inspections following company’s procedures and policies.
• Provide assistance on collection duties and customer service as requested by management.
• Perform administrative duties, such as preparing sales budgets and reports, expense reports, keeping sales records, and additional tasks as requested by management.
