Location: Our Washington D.C. team collaborates together in our office Tuesday-Thursday and remotely Mondays and Fridays remotely.
Salary Range: $170-220K, plus annual bonus eligible

Your Mission:
Your mission will be to build and lead our monthly and annual accounting processes as well as manage our financial operations. You will direct all our operational accounting functions, handle the accumulation and consolidation of financial data for our internal and external financial statements, evaluate accounting and internal control systems, and lead a small team comprised of a Director of Accounting and a Senior Staff Accountant. You will report to
Sung Cho, our Chief Financial Officer.

As a result of your time in this role, you built a world-class accounting organization that produced timely, accurate, and informative reports that helped us manage our large and fast-growing business. You also built a lean and finely tuned finance operation that issued accurate billing with timely collections and tightly controlled expenses and payments.
