Senior Leasing Documentation Administrator
Position Overview:The Senior Leasing Documentation Administrator creates and oversees the contracts necessary to create a lease between Merrimak and our customers. The administrator will issue equipment orders, prepare Schedules and Acceptance Certificates covering such equipment and will coordinate with customers to sign documents. The administrator will prepare loan documents and work with our lending partners to fund the lease. Candidates must have strong analytical and organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, and preferably have experience with an equipment leasing company or financial institution.
